Sessions take place in our dual leveled  studio at 232 old brompton road which is within walking distance of both earls court and west Brompton tube stations.

The studio is split over two levels and offers members all of the equipment you could ever need and none you don't. We offer two small  changing rooms with toiletries and showers provided, however currently due to COVID restrictions these are closed.

It's not about your starting point it's about where you are going. Everyone starts with the same worries but spend 30 minutes with us and you will see that all of our team and members want you to succeed. Our culture is built on supporting each other through your individual journey and regardless of your starting point you'll very quickly feel at home.

What is a semi-private personal training?

Semi-private personal training is personal training delivered in a small group of up to six people. The sessions based of a program that is changed up every month then are tailored to your fitness level, your goals and your needs in a fun, supportive, encouraging and motivational environment guaranteed to make you get the most of every sessions.

Do you offer a trial?

Yes. We offer a 21day trial which is the best way for you to see what we do without having to commit to a full membership at first. You can find out more info on this on our ‘get started’ page.

 

Do i have to use all of the sessions within the 21 days?

Ideally yes as the trial is designed to get you into habits and a routine whilst giving you the best chance to see results in just 21 days. However, in certain cases we can make exceptions.

 

What happens when the 21 days end?

We would of course love you to continue your journey with us and continue the progress you will have no doubt made. we have a number of membership options depending on what you are looking to continue with.

We offer a range of memberships starting from £249 per month.

All of our memberships have a 2 month cancellation policy if you really need to cancel.
